Akeiva is a financial planner and recent college graduate, completing a Master of Science degree in Financial Planning with High Distinction in May of 2018. In 2017, she finished summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
While pursuing her undergraduate degree, her stellar resume landed her coveted internships with companies from small not-for-profits to Big 4 accounting firms. Post-graduation, she received multiple employment offers in her desired field. Her all-star level LinkedIn profile afforded her the opportunity to build a robust network with individuals around the country in her chosen industry.
Over the years, Akeiva has helped numerous people experience economic empowerment through the creation of polished resumes and LinkedIn profiles, from disadvantaged youth in her local community to her friends and colleagues. She has always had a knack for writing. She has a passion for helping young people like herself build wealth by making a confident entry into the workforce and attaining positions in industries they love, and views Snatch My Career as the perfect platform to do just that. She also spreads financial literacy through her YouTube channel and brand, The Bemused.
